Yes! I know I've been gone for quite some time! Been busy with looking and obtaining a new job. Finally out of contracting. :) Hope you all have been doing wonderful!
So most notably around the start of 2013, is it just me or have you also been experiencing hearing that high-frequency noise?? I've heard it throughout my childhood but didn't really pay much attention to it. But since it's been happening more and more so recently, I've grown curious to what it is. (Please don't dismiss it to just tinnitus.) I know of others who've been hearing it more and more as well too. So I've been trying to research on what it all means.  
The way I can describe it is, well for those of you who grew up with older TV sets, when you would turn off the TV, there would linger a high-frequency noise for awhile. It sort of sounds like that. If you're quiet, you can hear it. Even if you plug your ears physically, you can still hear it. One individual remarked that it's our aura/energy body picking it up.
